You really can't skip out on any of them.
Take a mineral like molybdenum for example.
Just skipping out on that will have trickle down effects starting from sulfur metabolism...

Thatâs why 50-55% of all the sunâs light is red and infrared which stimulate collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, filaggrin, urocanic acid

Iâm not one of those idiots who tells you to spend every minute of midday under a UV index of 12 at all costs

But the idea that UV light from the sun is inherently damaging to the skin?
Thatâs dead fucking wrong
Why?
Because itâs perfectly packaged with the rest of the light spectrum from the sun, most notably red and infrared light
You cannot use isolated UV light from artificial sources that are divorced from the red and infrared spectrum, and expect to get an accurate representation of what occurs in biological systems

Your dermatologist has no idea that red and infrared light are the balancing forces which allow UV and blue light to act as hormetic stressors
