@gabbysmithmed Thank you for your kind words, Gabby! It was great to see you again and prayers for another successful semester! Rehab really is the best and I know you will be a blessing to your patients in the future.

“The Atonement of Jesus Christ has made immortality a verity and the possibility of exalted family relationships a reality.” —Elder @ChristoffDTodd#GeneralConference
@RonaldARasband Ether 12:4
Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men
@23hannahmiller You get to help someone recover from the worst day of their life. Acute hospital adds years to someone’s life but the rehab hospital adds life to those years. Good Luck!
@23hannahmiller Sounds cliché but treat the “whole person.” Get to know them as a person, not a dx. Ask about family/pets/hobbies/work/home and LISTEN. Counsel caregivers on good self-care/avoiding burnout.
If most of the information you get comes from social or other media, your ability to hear the whisperings of the Spirit will be diminished. Make your spiritual foundation firm and able to stand the test of time by doing the things that allow the Holy Ghost to be with you always.
At the throne I intercede;
For thee ever do I plead.
I have loved thee as thy friend,
With a love that cannot end.
Be obedient, I implore,
Prayerful, watchful evermore,
And be constant unto me,
That thy Savior I may be.
Bid thine heart all strife to cease;
With thy brethren be at peace.
Oh, forgive as thou wouldst be
E’en forgiven now by me.
In the solemn faith of prayer
Cast upon me all thy care,
And my Spirit’s grace shall be
Like a fountain unto thee.
