@ritujoon2j Being a Dentist I'll suggest not to use randomly. Brushing twice n a regular chlorhexidine mouthwash is sufficient enough for oral hygiene in many cases. Definitely not without consulting your Dentist.

@anishmoonka We don't remove it unless untill it is affecting adjacent tooth or episodes of regular pain or causing some serious complications like cyst n others. Elsewhere it has become common to do in General Anesthesia all four at a time. Which can have post operative complications rarely
