Agree with foregoing B&D but federal government should not be in this business at all-political rationing is inevitable just as Canada has seen. Catastrophic insurance & mutual aid preferable as neither are coerced/mandated. Medicare not fixable. GKS

@STzorfas @SecScottBessent Most non-surgical specialists and essentially ALL primary care can dump Medicare tomorrow and charge cash fees. #DPC is awesome for primary care. Many specialists are getting out of the insurance game too. The GOVT is not coming to help us. We must go alone.
