What were the wise words of advice you heard growing up? Ya know just those things adults said to you. I’ll start with a few:
They might or might not make sense it was a different time than today but still let’s see what the world has to say.

@JimHendley4NC You honestly believe Putin will allow or want a “U.S. presence” right at his border? Thats what part of this has been about the whole time. Would we let another Country we don’t fully trust (or even those we do) camp out at our border and mine our resources? See what China says.

@JimHendley4NC Also history has shown us that Russia can “accidentally” retaliate and we won’t do anything above “sanctions”. Even if it’s against us directly.

@ButterAubrey It’s like this a lot! Living on the East Coast now I’ve never needed to stress about not seeing most Cowboy games tbh. We always get pretty amazing coverage. Saves me $$ from needing some expensive sports package every year.

@PrimetimeAura @DevonWebstarNSG It’s there. At the end of the day it’s what their assignment is and what is called. It’s not like every player is allowed or called on to go for the pressure sometimes it’s the other things they do to free up someone else for a shot at the QB. Seems reasonably even atm.

@eseancool1 @SkywalkerSteele I know our haters will always find the weak stat (but Dallas gave up the most yards etc..) but at the end of the day if they can make a stand and limit the end result to 3pts or none those yards and other stats don’t matter. (Simple approach I know)

@eseancool1 @SkywalkerSteele Tbh at the end of the day ppg defense allows is all that matters! All the other stats they always mention add up to that. With our offense and closeness of games an improvement of even 5points less allowed is huge imo! We still need to see what a starter injury free def can do.

@jtuck151 I agree but with all things it’s not necessarily what we (fans, media, etc..) are doing (pressing def and more to be better) but how we go about it! Most seem to take the easy out (blame) or look for clickbait popularity in their approach. (Complain versus discuss solutions).

@WilliamJon4602 @FERMOR_23 @scrowder Trump hasn’t stopped Iran’s Nuclear weapons yet! It’s not over the total cost & end result is an unknown at the moment (don’t celebrate victory early). Yes, Dems and their media overreact every time Trump sneezes but Right media and supporters have been no better in that regard.

@Kelly_K_9 Tbf last year’s defense would have had each of those teams we’ve played scoring 40 so I do trust Dak and the Off to keep us in any game that we keep them at 30 or less and win any game we keep them below 20. (Keeping in mind the one boring FG game every teams has each year)

I don’t believe any team can afford top 10 pay for QB,WR,WR and have much left for any other top 5-10 contracts regardless how creative or far they push things. Would have to see some of our top contracts redone for less overall.

@jtuck151 I think the biggest belief and probably most accurate was “if mostly healthy” a mid of the pack defense with our Offense could be contenders in playoffs and beyond. That was the year one talk I heard the most so I’m not sure why all the doom and gloom since that’s what we have.

@jtuck151 Historically NFL wide with this huge of a turn around between staff and players there hasn’t been great success in one year amazing turnarounds. I believe most hoped for greatness but believed mid tier year one (prior to all the starters injuries which impacts results).

@FERMOR_23 @scrowder What did he actually mean? Tbh doesn’t matter yall will defend it and other side will crucify it. Until the next statement hits the media cycle. As an Independent I say it was stupid and move on we’ve got midterms and two more yrs before things again change one way or another

@FERMOR_23 @scrowder Because he can’t over his actual recorded words. Listen to it and write it down word for word (so your brain doesn’t add any context you think is or isn’t there). Tbh was a stupid thing to say especially knowing his contempt for California and many of its cities and their voters
