As someone that has sourced and brokered 7-8 figure M&A deals on both buy-side and sell-side, the @proof_xyz and @moonbirds acquisition is a huge win for @yugalabs and by extension, @BoredApeYC holders. King move by @CryptoGarga@dalegre and the team. Let me explain๐
Yuga Labs has acquired @PROOF_XYZ, which includes PROOF Collective, @Moonbirds, Mythics, @oddities_xyz, and @Grails exhibition series.

Exponential vibe coded slop. Good for prototyping and retrieving info but breaking in production. Anyone else seeing this and have any solutions?
The posts really resonates now with everyone and their grandma approaching me with a vibe coded digital health idea that cannot survive a few basic user journey tests let alone formal red teaming or adversarial testing.
Literature seems to suggest the same - that LLM vibe coding breaks in sequential tasks, especially code base maintenance and upgrades over time

๐ฅIt took 2 men with AI and 20K, 2 years to scale a reported healthcare unicorn
This week, a compelling story broke of how an AI-enabled "telehealth" startup scaled in 2 years to a reported $400M revenue. It has been making its rounds and excitedly shared with me by juniors and doctors that I mentor.
It undeniably signals something truly exciting. AI is compressing the time, cost, and talent traditionally required to build and scale healthcare businesses. These are unprecedented times.
However, in healthcare, speed comes with trade-offs. Alongside the growth narrative are equally important signals, with questions around deceptive marketing practices, regulatory gaps, and patient privacy violations.
This is where many new innovators underestimate the domain. Healthcare is not "just another market" for entrepreneurs.
1. You are not just acquiring users. You are influencing patient decisions.
2. You are not just scaling software. You are designing care pathways for individuals while managing clinical risk.
3. You are not just iterating products. You are operating within regulated medical frameworks that provide protections for individuals.
The โmove fast and break thingsโ playbook may work in consumer tech, but not in healthcare. Here, what breaks can be patient safety, public trust, and legal boundaries.
We are entering an era where a single individual can build at unprecedented scale with tools like Claude and other AI systems.
That is powerful. But the bar in healthcare is higher. Clinical safety, medical ethics, data governance, transparency, and regulatory alignment are not constraints, they are pillars of the product and moat.
For new builders entering healthcare I would say this: Move fast, but validate faster, govern early, and design for patient safety from day one.
Because in healthcare, how you build matters just as much as what you build.
