#Israel occupies the entire Palestine by force, deprive them of political and national independence and maintain this by violence. There is no peaceful way of maintaining this domination over #Palestinians Time to end #IsraeliOccupation and #FreePalestine
🚨The Israeli occupation has turned Gaza’s genocide into a grotesque form of “entertainment,” watched from the so-called “Gaza Viewpoint” in Sderot.
A horrifying display of how completely Palestinian lives have been dehumanized.
This is consistent with every episode in UK foreign policy I’ve investigated in the Archives when Britain challenges US policy in a significant way. Whitehall informs the US in advance, apologises by saying “we have to because the public is baying for it”, reiterates that the policy is minimal anyway, and then continues business as usual. (Eg, policy in the Vietnam war). Our problem is that our officials are willing slaves to Washington because the thing they still mainly want is: to remain a significant global power, by tugging at the coattails of the US. It’s embarrassing. We need a decision-making system that promotes the national public interest.
Exclusive: British diplomats have privately told the US that the new sanctions Ed Miliband is imposing on Israeli settlements today are largely symbolic and will have no material impact on the UK’s wider relationship with Israel on trade or security
A behind-closed-doors diplomatic effort is underway to soothe the Trump administration’s response, amid fears that the sanctions could provide the first major setback in US relations for Andy Burnham, people familiar with the matter said
Burnham spoke to Trump by phone on Monday afternoon and told him what was coming
The reality that Britain’s relationship with Israel will largely continue as is, despite stronger rhetoric from ministers about a fundamental reset, may disappoint some on the left who the announcement is designed to win over
Bloomberg’s @EllenAMilligan@AlbertoNardelli scooped that Miliband was preparing new sanctions on Israel last month. They reported that proposals under consideration included measures to prevent the exchange of goods and services with Israeli settlements
Miliband has also looked at expanding existing human rights sanctions to cover the obstruction of aid, which has been blamed for exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The foreign secretary has also been looking at explicitly endorsing the International Court of Justice’s non-binding 2024 opinion that Israel’s occupation of territory that Britain now recognises as the state of Palestine is unlawful
Still, at the time British officials acknowledged that any new actions might have limited impact. Traders can re-label goods to evade sanctions and the UK has long maintained that Israeli settlements in the West Bank are illegal

Gaza’s like a horror movie: yellow blocks every 60 metres: what was a source of life, is a death zone: the israeli genocide swallows us whole https://t.co/ZY1Ahro3Q7
Insane story. He was warned two weeks before the Oct 7th attacks by the Emiratis about an imminent attack by Hamas - and did nothing.
No wonder Netanyahu has always wanted to drag out this war and block any chance of a proper independent investigation into Oct 7th.
"Israel" ha convertido la Franja de Gaza en el lugar con más niños amputados del mundo, más de 40.000 niños palestinos han sido heridos, perdiendo extremidades, en 3 años, en una media de 36 niños amputados al día.
Elegir el silencio ante la barbarie, es elegir la barbarie.
Court records from a U.S. lawsuit revealed that the money he mentions here came directly from the Middle East Forum think tank.
The head of the Middle East Forum is Greg Roman. He is a former employee of the Israeli Ministry of Defence and the Israeli Foreign Ministry.
BREAKING: Israel is wiping entire villages off the map in South Lebanon in broad daylight — then broadcasting their war crimes for the world to see.
Not a peep from the “international community.”
Not a word from the International Criminal Court.
This is liberal Zionism in a nutshell. The problem isn’t Israel damaging Palestinian lives, the problem is Benjamin Netanyahu damaging Israel’s public image. The problem isn’t the genocide itself, the problem is that the genocide harms Israeli PR interests.
They don’t care about human suffering. They don’t care about human rights. All they care about is controlling the narrative.
We saw this illustrated a couple of years ago in a rant by then-secretary of state Antony Blinken complaining of the way videos of Israeli atrocities circulating online have “dominated the narrative” and are having “a very, very challenging effect on the narrative.” The problem isn’t what’s happening, the problem is people’s STORY about what’s happening. All the genocide, ethnic cleansing, apartheid and abuse would be fine if the Zionists could control what narratives people were telling about it. Benjamin Netanyahu is disliked not because he’s a genocidal monster, but because his genocidal monstrousness makes it hard to administer effective empire propaganda.
Amid the savagery of the Trump administration it’s easy to forget that the lion’s share of the killing in Gaza actually happened under Joe Biden. It’s easy to forget Biden’s lies about seeing pictures of beheaded babies and his false claims that the Gaza health ministry’s death counts were untrustworthy. It’s easy to forget the way State Department spokesman Matthew Miller always weaseled his way out of press gallery questions about the genocide with an obnoxious smirk on his face. It’s easy to forget all the DNC attendees who covered their ears as anti-genocide demonstrators listed names of Palestinian children who’d been butchered by Biden in Gaza.
They fully embraced Israel’s genocide. They reveled in it.
And now, just in time for midterms, former senior Biden officials have been telling the press that they regret not doing more to rein in Netanyahu’s mass military slaughter.
This was always the plan. They always knew they could just give Israel whatever it wants and then go “Oopsie! We made a mistake!” to cover their legacy after their crime was committed. And now that’s exactly what they’re doing. They planned this while the bombs were being shipped out.
This happens as House Democrats help Republicans pass a bipartisan bill which essentially forces American universities into partnerships with the state of Israel, stripping them of federal funding if they move toward divestment from the Zionist entity.
And now top Israeli officials are openly saying that it is time to complete the ethnic cleansing project in Gaza, with Defense Minister Israel Katz and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir both promoting a plan for a mass purge in recent days. All made possible by the deliberate demolition of Gaza with the full-throated support of the Democratic Party.
This is who they are. Never let them forget it.
🚨 BREAKING:
Former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis:
"The criminals here are not Hamas, nor even the Israeli settlers killing Palestinians.
The criminals are Europeans — all of us in German, French, Greek, and American society.
We've been complicit in this crime against humanity for decades through our silence.
As long as there are no problems there. As long as people die far from the cameras. As long as Palestinians are the ones dying, not the occupiers.
This horrific tragedy must become an opportunity for us Europeans to wake up and reclaim ourselves by demanding it collectively."
This was always the plan. They always knew they could just give Israel whatever it wants and then go "Oopsie! We made a mistake!" to cover their legacy after their crime was committed, and now that's exactly what they're doing. They planned this WHILE the bombs were shipping out.
