A tough way to end what was an incredible season for the Diamond Heels.

Thank you to the coaches and players for the countless hours of preparation, sacrifice, and hard work that went into this season. You gave Carolina fans so much to be proud of.

I also want to give a shoutout to @Andrew_Forrest1 for the time, effort, and dedication he put into making the first season of Heels on the Diamond such a success. It's been a blast doing this with you, man.

A huge thank you to the @HeelsOnFranklin family for supporting the show all season long and for always being there when we needed help (@heels365)

Thank you as well to the Carolina Baseball parents who reached out to us throughout the season. We truly enjoyed the conversations and appreciate your kindness.

A massive thank you to everyone who listened, watched, and engaged with us throughout the season. We cannot thank you enough for your support, encouragement, and the many conversations along the way. The community that has formed around this show means more to us than you know.

Finally, thank you to the UNC Athletic Communications staff for giving us the opportunity to cover this team during the regular season.

Just because the season is over does not mean our coverage is stopping. We will continue to have periodic shows throughout the offseason, breaking down transfer portal additions, roster movement, and all the latest news surrounding Carolina Baseball.

We will also continue publishing articles throughout the offseason. @mcblevins12 already has more than six articles in the works, including a detailed series breaking down the freshman class player by player.

The games may be over, but Heels on the Diamond is not going anywhere. See you all soon.
