NEET- PG Update! And Friday musings!

Approx 2 lakh students appear for NEET- PG.

There was already a questionable scam for NEET- UG. This was heard after students protested across the country.

But NEET-PG- students who wrote the exam have been filing petitions year after year, objecting to non-disclosure of question paper, answer key, answer sheet and no option to revaluate scores! NBE which organises NEET-PG refuses to give any information to students and then says - you took the exam knowing the terms and conditions!

So on the one hand SC doesn’t hear and on the other NBE says sorry but you agreed to non-disclosure of any information so you can’t challenge it now!

In the meantime - students have also urged that the management of NEET-PG is all up in the air- students are given exam exam Centers which are far away!

There are open messages being circulated about selling of question paper for NEET- PG for money!

On this SC says we can’t reschedule.

In another unrelated matter - SC says that bail is the rule and jail is the exception! So what happens to the 17 months that Mr. Sisodia spent in jail?

What happens to millions of people who just keep waiting on and on and on - but there matters never comes up on time! Some even die before their matter is heard.

The government brought in three criminal laws - when again no one ever demanded them! But why is no action taken to speed up our justice delivery system?

Who agrees that we need major legal reforms and ensure timely hearing of matters?
