You can't claim you have an experience of over 10+ years in public administration yet you can't prove it when given opportunity. That's what I call mediocrity.

It's better to employ a person with 2 months experience to have the work done.

Sadly, this the situation of Kenyan politics.
The old guards are claiming to have experience on how the country should be run yet they are taking the whole nation to abyss. They are very corrupt and only want to serve their interests and safeguard their loot.
