@DanBig9953 No but it can protect against unhappiness. Even when something tragic happens. My mum passed away last year but I was able to pay for her burial, the flowers and the headstone.
@IGN But I only buy games digitally now. I don't have the shelf space for a new collection, though Stores will be able to sell game cases that have a digital code inside. I think developers could instead include game guides and postcards, to make the purchase physical & compelling
@BirdMan00_@xMBGx This is a discussion about the pros and cons of Playstation no longer releasing games on disc, so I'll chime in as much as I want. 'Physical' games are simply installing data, and updates, and then the need to have the disc inserted to play. An update could make the disc useless
@RinoTheBouncer Yes. I can't remember the last time I bought a PS5 game on disc . I have the PS5 Pro with a disc drive but also a separate 4k blu ray player so even if PS6 doesn't have a means of playing 4K blu rays I have a player
@DomTheBomb Playstation. How many PC gamers cried about games no longer being sold on disc? Remember when PC games were packaged in things the size of cereal boxes?
