@Tara22221 @MBGov No it doesn’t. I put people on ventilators everyday. That’s my point - the orders themselves are unclear and inclusive of errors (I think) if you look at 1(4)(d) which seems either unnecessary or erroneous.

@MBGov Still confused: household plus 10 if vaccinated (kids under 12 excluded) … excluded from the the total count of 10 or excluded from vaccination requirement allowing 10 instead of 5? Eg. 4 couples with 4 kids < 12 each okay?!
