I’ve always done chronological order with my most recent 3. It’s easier to explain in an interview why you left one for the next. Try to keep it 1 page, even if a “better” job is left out. For me, my best experience doesn’t fit onto my resume, since it was early in my career. However, that doesn’t mean it can’t be referenced still.

I’ve always felt it’s best to be able to explain what I have recently done and why changes were made with work. But trust me I still dip into the lore of jobs not seen on paper. Just make sure what you turn in is clean and concise, then dip into that bag later 🫡
