Bottom line: Use AI, but don't trust it to always be objective. When the issue under question is important, push back on answers already given and ask for sources to justify any responses.
I use AI for research, to produce outlines, and to correct copy. I don't use it to generate content, as I think that's my role. And, I think that caution is warranted.
