A. Eat regularly, dont skip meals Little and often is bettter
B. Avoid excess caffiene, alcohol, nicotine and fizzy pop, diet drinks
C Consider a dietetic review
@HealthistaTV@Alflorex 2. there is no doubt that exercise can have positive benefits in IBS and it is reccomended by NICE. It helps sleep, mental health and gut function, particularly bloating.
@HealthistaTV@Alflorex 1. Often exercise does help bloating and can help bowel motility. Of course all the jiggling about may provoke urgency in which case you need to plan the route with toilets in mind.
