"The way you say it almost makes it sound like some kind of sexual innuendo... But no, I had never thought that my day would end like this."

She turned her head and body, so she was laying on one of her sides and facing the Doctor.

Billie yawned and plopped onto her back, looking up at the ceiling of the room.

@CogentTraveller Billie nodded. "I'm sure it would do you some good. We could sleep in the same bed, it's big enough for the both of us..."

She wouldn't mind. She had been sharing her own bed with others at sleepover parties before. She's going to keep her clothes on anyway, right? --

She sat down on the bed and looked at the Doctor.

@CogentTraveller Billie could barely believe her eyes. The bed looked like something a royalty would still like to sleep in.

She walked over to the bed and touched the soft covers carefully.

"So soft and cuddly!" She said in a high pitched voice of excitement. "I can't wait to sleep in --

The TARDIS beds were never really seen in the series, so she had no idea.

Billie saw the Doctor moving a hand over the TARDIS console. She wondered where they would be going.

Though, she was also getting quite tired. All these new impressions were exhausting her.

Billie shook her head. She couldn't believe this part of the Doctor's explanation.

Although... It was probably true. She would totally go along with anything that the Doctor was --

"Would you be able to teach me this sometime?"

She knew she probably /couldn't/ do it at all, but she wanted to try.

Billie asked in surprise. She also wondered what the person's real name was, since everybody knew him as 'Jack Harkness'.

"What is he called for real, then?"

Her eyes gave the Doctor a look of curiosity. She wanted to know the answer to everything --

She looked into the Doctor's eyes and smiled brightly.
