@charles_watts This is what the Kroenke’s do. They get one and then cheap out when the team is at the top ie their other Sports entities the Avalanche & Nuggets. Both won Championships then they ducked the luxury tax the years after winning.

Players were purchased by prior regimes and then they were fired and the new coach had no use for them.

@_PhilCosta Arsenal aren’t buying anyone with a high price tag. You should look at what just happened to the Kroenke owned Denver Nuggets. The team just got muscled into NBA’s second apron by the OKC Thunder and are going to have to pay a huge luxury tax bill because of it.
