And most importantly when will we have mobile service again? Without this information we will have to move to new providers!!

@eircare I really don’t know what to say! 4 weeks of your telephone lines blocking my driveway, snagging my neck & that of visitors to my home. I eventually get through on your emergency line, to be told there are more important customers than me…. Priceless customer service! !!

@eircare hi there, after being on hold twice now, both times for more than 50 minutes… how do I get telephone line cables removed? They are currently blocking the entrance to my home since the storm, causing a hazard when trying to leave..
