Hi. I'm Docxm. I'm top 200 overall/2.4+b exp 1.3+k days played,currently rank 2 tempoross. I've played osrs almost daily since 2013, never botted, no 3rd party clients,software. I've been false banned. I have no other options, plz help. @JagexTrident @JagexTwisted @JagexSupport

@angelo_arato Ya it's pretty bad. I thought I recalled them actually having a help desk/customer support back in like 2007. So it's kinda like in 2023 they're somehow worse. I can only assume they've been bought/sold so many times, they just lost those people. It's good to see your efforts

But ya they false ban more people than you think. Theres other max/high rank ppl aswell. Sadly I'm not the first

I just had faith it was better off telling them my accomplishments on rs. I guess I was really ego with my account. They still wronged me badly tho

@angelo_arato Congratz EREP! I've seen you trying and I believe posting imagines/videos. I've been telling ppl that I gave up early on. And even if they did unban me, I believe people like you who actually put effort into it deserve it more. Do you know who helped you?

I like to assume they did some investigation but lol. 100% my time was on their client. It's literally the only thing on my laptop rofl

It's just a copy paste thing shaming me for something any intelligent person should know I didn't do. How can I appeal something that I don't know what I did. It took 1 day to deny. 2 months 4 twitter

One of my friends that was similar in rank got false banned a few years ago and I just assumed he was lying cause surely @Jagex can accurately tell, right?

It's one thing to wrongfully ban someone that barely played and was hacked but someone who has 1000s of days played. Just disgusting honestly. Bad practice. ty

@KuzmaGorazd @JagexSupport @OldSchoolRS They've reached out to me. It took like 2 months and I don't know if it'll get me anywhere but theres still hope for you. Think of it as a break. Don't entirely give up. At the very least maybe in a few years they will fix their ban policies.

Around 20 years of effort between rs3 and osrs. I'll be happy to explain any concerns or red flags you might have. Thank you again!

And any way to shortcut on rs. I only use my laptop for rs. I don't even use the internet unless I missclick the icon. Just to avoid anything that could compromise my acc

Unless I get an entirely new computer to which would hopefully solve my problem but I'd rather spend money on other things and I'm still feeling extremely distasteful about my ban

Your efforts and accomplishments mean just as much. At the very least you can see this as a break from rs like me haha gl again!!!
