@British_Airways The Heathrow closure was completely out of your hands. But the utter lack of communication and conflicting information we got from BA staff on the ground and online since having to divert to Dulles has been truly shocking.

@British_Airways Left Austin on BA190 at 20.30 on the 20th. Had to land in Dulles Intl at 1.30 left to sort our own accommodation in the middle of the night. Then today stood queuing for 7 hours while BA staff had no clue what was going on. Should be flying to LHR at 3am on 22nd now.. Shambles!

Been landed 12 hours now and still zero sense of how long we're going to be stuck here, and @British_Airways are not providing any information as of yet.

@JedySays found ourselves in a bit of a black hole here. Our flight BA190 from Austin to Heathrow got grounded in Washington DC Dulles. We disembark and we're told we're on our own to find hotels and transfers, in the middle of the night. Thankfully a Best Western had rooms still

Caught a few hours sleep, and then back to the airport to queue up at the BA desk. There's no one there. We've been queuing for 2 hours already. Someone heard there MIGHT be someone at the desk in an hour.. but it's utterly unclear.

Sony peeps - question for ya: is it more battery efficient to output 2160p over HDMI from the A7SIII and let the external monitor downsample to 1080p, or to output directly at 1080p from camera? #SonyAlpha

@OxfordCity The LTNs may have forcibly reduced traffic in certain streets of Oxford, but the roads overall have become more dangerous for cyclists. I've been cycling these streets for years and I'd never had any issues until the LTNs went in..
