@O2 8 days without service now, I contacted your customer service and was informed it was 'slow' in my area - it is non-existent!
The solution I was offered was to raise a complaint, not sure how this would resolve it?
I've had no timescales of when it will be resolved.
When you have ADHD and don't read things properly!

@MartinSLewis Mine like many others should have been available Friday but @HMRCcustomers blamed the banks. Maybe they should have listened and started investigating the issue!
Currently experiencing the worst customer service from @eon_next
Sent a bill for over Β£1000 in August which didn't belong to me, sorted.
I now have another bill for over Β£800, again not mine.
Emails sent and calls made BUT no one is answering questions or listening to me!
