firmly believe in the power of Web3 as a publishing model + am doing my best to advocate on our collective behalf.
Ahead of @artbrussels 2026, we’re sharing a first look at works by @CaballeroAnaMa .

Who is Michael Hafftka?
1/ Michael Hafftka was born in 1953 on Riverside Drive in Manhattan. His parents, Simon and Eva, were Holocaust survivors. His father and one cousin were the only members of their family who lived. Much of what Hafftka understands about the world came from what he saw in his parents.
Material, my new book, is ready for pre-order!! received my first official copies, right in time for US National Poetry Month.

Spent a large part of last week scrolling in a 900 year old monastery in Belgium. That is, going through centuries of poetic scrolls written at the moment women stepped into religious life.

We often speak about AI and algorithms as flattening complexity, but history has been doing this for much longer: stripping individuals—particularly women—of their unique voices, reducing them to roles dictated by expectation, sacrifice and devotion.

just had the most meaningful meeting of my entire life at the Biblioteca Nacional de España. brought them a project I've presented multiple occasions over the past 3 years, getting turned down at every turn.
until today, when the (reading) tables turned.
