The cycling world mourns the loss of Muriel Furrer.
It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to this young rider, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to all her family, friends, and teammates.
Rest in peace. ๐
What makes you happy to donate? Is it because you know you're making a difference? Is it the staff at your local donor centre? Or do you just really like the biscuits!?

Nestle are axing the Caramac?!?
Itโs been my go-to bar for decades. I mean, when you snap a piece off it it never breaks on the seam, (even on this stock image!) but itโs by far the most delicious thing in shops!
What on earth are you doing, @NestleUKI?!? #SaveTheCaramac

A cardiac arrest can happen anywhere. If you witness one, you must call 999 and start CPR straight away, remember:
Rate - 2 compressions per second
Depth - push 5 to 6cm down on the chest
Don't stop - until help arrives or the patient regains consciousness
Know #CPRAnywhere.
Malcolm is O negative and loves hearing about where his blood gets sent once he's donated it, particularly when it gets used to help babies and young children get better. โฅ๏ธ
We need O negative donors like Malcolm - if that's you, please book now! ๐ช

Thank you, for not shying away, when I tell you Iโve been struggling. Thank you for asking, listening & caring.
Itโs not easy, but weโre heading in the right direction.
Been asked a few times, how Iโm coping mentally
A difficult question to ask and to answer. Iโm grateful for the normalisation, talking about mental health.
