@discord_support Can you guys help me out? My account was hacked, and the hacker added his own 2FA. I sent a request via the support site with id #65655212 but it remains open after 5 days. Fortunately, the account was disabled, but when i try to reset pass, I get asked for a 2FA

My recommendation would be to treat new/empty wallets as “low info” instead of high‑confidence bots, show pass/fail per signal, and give guidance like “do X/Y to build a human profile.” A simple “dispute / review” flow after clicking “No, I’m human” would be very useful.

Connecting wallet and starting a scan was straightforward and quick. Both mainnet and devnet flows were easy to find and use.

Integrations into Farcaster, Telegram bots, or NFT mints where users can see a “PoH human score” inline would make it much more visible.

Scans on both mainnet and devnet felt fast (a few seconds). No timeouts or obvious errors. Good performance for an interactive tool. This would be powerful as a plug‑in for airdrops, sybil‑resistant communities, and governance tools.

The main scan view is clean and focused. It was easy to reach Scan, Vote, and Train pages. Some tooltips or short explanations near key metrics would help non‑technical users understand what each signal means.
