River Ryan at Sugar Land tonight: 6 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 8 K, 87 pitches, 67 strikes and the PCL can’t hold him for another minute. The Dodgers have to make a decision in a few days and I believe they will. Barring a pitcher injury, Emmet Sheehan, Justin Wrobleski or Eric Lauer will have another role this time next week. I’d include Roki Sasaki if I thought the front office would consider it.

On Tuesday, the Dodgers and the giants exchange pleasantries for the 136th consecutive year.
Their All-Time Head-to-Head Win-Loss Records?
1,288–1,288–17
That's crazy amazing and yet hard to believe.
“Really high potential and significant upside.”
This was international scouting director David Hernandez-Beayne on Adriano Marrero earlier this year. Headed to the Dodgers in the trade for Esteury Ruiz.
#Marlins traded a raw but very protectable arm for right-now MLB talent.
The speculation that the Dodgers are about to make another noteworthy player move is highly fueled by the annual informal & traditional "holiday freeze" on DFA claims that takes place between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Cuban right-hander pitcher Adriano Marrero, 18, who was signed by the Marlins on January 15 for a $350,000 bonus and who threw 33 innings in the Dominican Summer League with 35 strikeouts, is the player being traded for Ruiz to the Dodgers, per sources.
Before 2025, no team had ever won a Game 6 or a Game 7 of a World Series on the road by turning a game-ending double play with the tying run in scoring position.
The @Dodgers won both Game 6 and Game 7 on the road in that fashion this year.
21 of 30 team's didn't even spend 50% of revenue on their respective rosters.
So, who is running baseball?
Placing a salary cap, gives owners an even bigger net profit & that's why the MLBPA will always say no.
There's enough $ out there, but owners refuse to revenue share.
The Dodgers are not ruining baseball. They're showing their fans that they care about winning and understand that at the end of the day they will do whatever it takes to bring more championships back to LA. Fans need to stop complaining and encourage your favorite team Do whatever it's takes to win. At least they're showing baseball fans, the whole there's not enough money is bs!
The Los Angeles Dodgers are a machine. Not only do they print cash, their willingness to spend it in pursuit of winning is unmatched. They put their money where their mouth is. Others could benefit greatly from the same approach. They choose not to.
