Great example of how to control the running game.

If you don’t think the pitcher will mix up their looks and holds on their own (they should understand importance from practice & bullpens), come up with signs that will help them remember and do it correctly.

- 12 man dugouts
- umpire calls from mound
- Temp Checks
- Sanitizer in Dugouts
- No fans or limited fans
- Field Maintenance Rotation
- obviously space out (social distancing)

The BP Pitcher.

Why?

B/c they make a LOT of LOW IMPACT, VOLUME throws.

If there's one, GREAT thing u can ALWAYS do 4 your arm -- even by yourself & into a net (or w/ Bands) -- it's VOLUME THROWING.

Progressing of off yesterday’s post and not swinging just to swing. Here is a way to do that while having someone soft toss. I’ve seen this done several times and like to use it. When the coach fakes you want to land in a balanced position to hit the ball off of the tee.
