@stevemagness Yes he uses expert judgement between normal time required vs deliberate time wasting. It is like saying the 100m sprint should not be about gun shot reaction time, allow a 5 second start perio and just measure the time from start to finish. Paper solution that changes the race.

@stevemagness It might sound simple and logical, but it will change the game. Just like the “hydration breaks” have already changed the game. Before you know it the whole game will last twice as long as before. The referee has toold (aka cards) to act against time wasting.

@jsblokland Er is ook nog zoiets als liquiditeit. In Australie zie je dat de Superfunds zo’n groot deel van de aandelenmarkt bezitten dat de concentratie risico’s te hoog worden en men in allerlei niet liquide zaken investeerd. Obligaties ook door banken en bedrijven aangehouden voor liquids
