I absolutely understand about Poland not allowing our food imports - Poland has EVERY RIGHT to protect its economy.

My gratitude to Poland for helping to free my family is so great that it is impossible for me to resent anything that Poland may do - and I admit that Poland's actions here are perfectly justified.

As for Zelenskyy, all I ask is that you forgive anything he may have said - the man is under a terrible, terrible strain - he, more than anyone else, carries the burden of this horrible murdering war of russia's.

He has to bear all the deaths that we suffer, every day. And he has to somehow keep an economy running when russia is PURPOSELY blockading our trade routes in an attempt to bankrupt us.

You know what would help?

The nations of the world getting together to build a couple of dedicated lines compatible with our rail gauge (our rail gauge is incompatible with European rail networks) to the nearest operational port in a free nation. But that's really too much to ask, and, without that, we're being strangled.

And yet we fight on, Zelenskyy, perhaps more than anyone else.
I think, for that man, even a death by russian bombardment would be a relief from the strain he carries every day.

The court found Skurikhin guilty of "discrediting the army." This is a part of the speech he gave in court.
