Funny story. When I was about 14. around 83 My best friend Jeff and his mom's family were local musicians in bradenton fl. and it was no big deal at the time to go to his house and have Gregg Allman and Dickie Betts hanging out and drinking beer. One night they were partying and jamming. Dickie asked me for a request. I respond "Can you play any Motley Crue" his response was "Fucking Kids" Years later I realize that If i had asked Mick Mars if he could play any Dickie Betts, He would have tore it up all night playing it. I did not realize at the time, how lucky I was to be there.
