Mrs Laubscher is such a fantastic leader to work with and it's wonderful to hear I'm not the only one that thinks so! Hearing her participants' thoughts about how she has supported them through their #DofE is truly inspirational

Awards, messages in stones and brownies. Heather, Chiara and Tilly talk about our inspirational Duke of Edinburgh Leader, Mrs Laubscher, in our submission for the #DofEDifference competition! @DofE

At this time of year, young people might be thinking of what they want to achieve from the year ahead. So what better time to encourage them to complete their DofE?

It’s not just young people that can benefit from living by the @DofE system!

So bin off those unrealistic New Year’s Resolutions and do something this year that sees you:

• Volunteer 🤝
• Do regular physical exercise 🏃🏻‍♂️
• Develop a new skill 👨‍🎓
• Book on an expedition 🏕

[The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award @DofE]

Confidence is an amazing skill to have, but it doesn’t come naturally. Much like a muscle, you need to exercise it to make it stronger. Here's our tips on how to do so.

How #teamdofe start their team meetings! Thanks for organising @ClaireSS_DofE

[Claire Shea-Simonds @ClaireSSTri]

The @DofECentral early morning run crew... sure Chasewater is beautiful when you can actually see it! Great work and great way to start the day 👌🏻

#foodgloriousfood and plenty of Expedition mapping with @DofE software for our Yr 10s. In school a day early! Calories vs weight becomes rather crucial! @KHVIIISchool #KHVIIISpark

A lovely afternoon for a walk around @EHKenilworth Castle for our @KHVIIISchool Yr 10 Bronze @DofE students. Impressive navigational skills shown by all. Big thanks to our fabulous staff and external volunteers for their help over the weekend. #KHVIIISpark

I volunteered again at a homeless shelter over Christmas and thanks to donations from my lovely #DofE colleagues there were lots of sandwiches enjoyed over the festive period!

[Rachael Hewison @DofERach]

Such an incredible achievement! I'm sure your local community has benefitted enormously from all those hours!

[Warwick School @WarwickSchool]

Congratulations to all of our @DofE boys who have contributed to this amazing certificate - 3367 hours of voluntary service to the local community. Way to go boys, this is fantastic! #volunteers

Such a fantastic evening. Thank you so much for the invite!

[The Kingsley School @Kingsley_School]

Our DofE Awards Evening took place on Friday, with students, parents and staff gathering to celebrate some amazing achievements. Many thanks to Timothy Cox, Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Warwickshire, for presenting the awards. #KingsleyDofE #ReachHigherReachOut @DofE

Overheard a #DofE participant say to her Leader "Some of the best memories of my life are of DofE and that's all thanks to you Miss." An example of the impact our wonderful volunteer Leaders have on a young person's life #WeareDofE @DofECentral

#DofE participants give their time to help people, the community or society, the environment or animals. Last year participants at @StThomasMoreNun gave 130 hours of their time in volunteering. Well done! Fantastic to present this certificate to Ms Tomlinson
