@Dpd_uk_team Hi just had a message from one of your drivers he said he could not deliver because no one was there. We were upstairs and seen driver pull up he didn’t even get out of his van. We have a black door with a a white door bell very disappointed.

Please can you explain why on return of our car. You took 151.86 credit card payment and returned 43.44 the was not damaged and full of fuel. We did not get a receipt. I have tried email with no response.

@Europcar_Ire Took a trip to Ireland 23 July-29 July booked and paid for in full. Via Ryanair all paid for car insurance the lot. Europcar took a credit card payment of £151.86 After about a week they refunded us £43.44 no damage and filled up with fuel. WHY. No hidden charges M
