@RepBethVanDuyne Anybody who just mentions the H1B is a fraud. All the visa programs are frauds based solely on the false premise that there is a phantom shortage of qualified US citizen applicants. How many visa programs have you voted yes to create and.or expand?
@drjoshcsimmons@VBierschwale They are all frauds based solely on a false premise that there is some phantom shortage of qualified US citizen applicants. Zero certification is required to show there was no qualified US citizen applicant, nor metric to show they hired the best even.
@RedPillRabbit All the visa programs are frauds based on the false premise that there is a shortage of qualified US citizen applicants. And zero certification that there was no qualified US citizen applicant is required.
@CommieGibberish There are zero requirements to certify there was no qualified US citizen applicant, despite the entire premise of these visa programs being to address a phantom shortage of qualified US citizens. And there are no metrics to certify they are the best applicants.
@CommieGibberish Universities, Hospitals, many non-profits or not-for-profits are not subject to the annual caps on the number of visas - as are Local, State & Federal Government. They can literally write themselves an unlimited number of visas.
@MouthS19190 They got our jobs bs because the terms of the visa programs create systems of indenture and strong disincentives to hire US citizens in favor of cheap, malleable and beholden indentured servants on restrictive visas who can’t vote or own a firearm.
@ItsZahrah9 If they are unable to integrate and insist on following sharia instead of our legal system? If they have child brides and multiple wives, and view women as subservient to men? If they are totally intolerant of other religions and seek to impose a jizya? Please define Muslim.
@WilliamMeservy And they are totally beholden to their employer sponsor, who can deport them and their whole family in three months, “if it doesn’t work out”. Better not complain. A neat workaround for US labor law: the indentured servant on a restrictive visa.
@WilliamMeservy There are zero requirements to certify there was no qualified US citizen when hiring someone on a visa. And no metrics to show or certify that Visa hires were better or the best. They can be paid far less than prevailing wages, their employers don’t pay payroll taxes.
