Yehi difference hota hai party ke banaye parachute MLAs mein aur ground par kaam karke aaye MLA mein. MLA ki kursi aur powers ka janaza nikaal dia hai aise parachute MLAs ne. Bureaucrats aur Politicians ke beech behtar relations hone chahiye lekin apne apne domain, protocol aur powers ka pata rehna jaroori hota hai. Woh Shikku da MLA jisko batana pade ki wo MLA hai .
