@IKEAUSA @IKEAUSAHelp Disgusted by the severe customer bullying & harassment at IKEA West Covina yesterday (June 10, 3:30-4PM). THREE male staff, including a "Quality Manager" & store manager, ganged up on & intimidated my girlfriend who went alone to return a cabinet.

@IKEAUSA @IKEAUSAHelp They condescendingly mocked her: "Why didn't you measure it before buying?" After giving her a panic attack, the manager threatened: "If you leave it here, we will throw it away as trash." IKEA now holds BOTH our money and the goods. Pull the CCTV and investigate! #IKEA
