This would help pay for his food, veterinary bills, and other much-needed items to keep him happy and comfortable whilst waiting for his forever home. For more information, please visit our website here: https://t.co/Do1Xb16V2e.
Incredibly loving Johnson American Bulldog x Alphaha American Bulldog, Duke, is just 1 years old and has spent most of his life in kennels. Unfortunately, Duke suffers from epilepsy and recently had a seizure after being clear of them for several months.
This has been very upsetting as Duke has won the hearts of everyone that he meets and we would like nothing more than to see him be adopted. Until then, we have added Duke to our “Sponsor a Dog” scheme. If you would like to support Duke in his journey, please consider signing up.
Jake would do well in a quieter environment with a couple or person who has the time to spend to bring out all his wonderful qualities and give him the reassurance and love that he deserves
If interested in adopting Jake, please fill in an adoption form on our website
The very handsome Jake is a six-year-old border collie.
Jake loves his walks and will walk along very well on his lead. Ball play is his favourite and will fetch and return very well and is good off of the lead in secluded open spaces.

There are many ways to get involved and support Dogs Friends over the next few weeks. We’re super busy and are so dependent on the donations we receive. We are therefore exceptionally grateful to volunteers and several small businesses for carrying out fundraisers for us.

Phillip needs an adult-only home

Phillip would prefer to live with a single adult - he'll be a loyal best friend and thrive in this environment
If interested in adopting Phillip, please fill in an adoption enquiry form: https://t.co/bFA5KxS23e.
Philip has had a very tough, challenging and upsetting life. He has had to become very resilient and resourceful to survive his many trials. Phillip came to us a few weeks ago in an awful state. After receiving medical treatment, he is now in a much more comfortable state.
from the other room… so clever!!
She is just such a dream of a dog, so affectionate and playful. Loves a cuddle and a run around in the park which has also been great for my mental health. WIN!
Here is a picture that I think encompasses how she is living her best life”
Remember Karen? We are super happy to be sharing this lovely update from her wonderful adopters 🐾
“I wanted to drop you all a line to say how grateful I am that you rescued Karen (now Doris) and let me adopt her! She has been living with my husband and I for just over three
home, she LOVES to play!! Her favourite is any sock she can get a hold of (Cat warned me of this!) and now has a little collection of my husband’s socks. She loves a game of tug and fetch with her socks and stuffed pig. Today I told her ‘go get piggy!’ And she brought it to me
Peggy's life is just beginning and we are so excited to share her ‘firsts’ with you.
Peggy is not available for adoption just yet so please hold off from sending us enquiries!
In the last two weeks, Peggy’s whole world has changed. She is now settling into foster care with one of our fantastic volunteers, Clare and her pack. After spending some time to decompress at the kennels, Peggy is now learning the comforts of home for the first time in her life.
We frequently get asked why we only allow dogs from certain backgrounds to be rehomed with a stable and consistent canine role model. It is because dogs like Peggy need their reassurance and support - everything is new to them and they often cannot cope on their own.
