There is an enormous overpopulation problem in northern Manitoba. Many dogs are running loose, abandoned or neglected. There are injured dogs and no vet clinic nearby. The community doesn't have the resources to spay/neuter or care for their dogs

"It has been 2 months & Loki has opened up quite a bit. He's become more vocal, playful & always sticks by my side wherever I go.
