Black Hawk: 14% of total registered voters came to the polls as of 11:00 a.m.

@LauraRBelin 🤞I vote in what I assume is one of the busier locations in Des Moines & there was even a line during the midterms. When I voted in 2020 I had to wait about 45 minutes. Granted I'm doubtful anyone here will have the 4hr+ wait time that you sometimes see in other states.
