Awful experience at @asda Rochester (airport) store today, closes at 4pm, 3.40pm refused entry by 2 security and staff, who turned away 30+, entrance closed & they were at exit “my colleagues leave at 4pm so you can’t shop now” only want a cushion! #rude #CustomerService #asda

@asda Please can I ask when I arrive at your store at 3.45pm I’m refused entry, a very rude manager saying my colleague leave at 4pm we shut so you can’t come in, customer service extremely poor and I saw at least 25 people refused entry, Rochester airport, closing time states 4pm
