"There is a need for preventive treatment otherwise we cannot eliminate tuberculosis in this country," aniya.

Look how the President giggled to annoy the media. Unsolicited remark coz the reporters did not ask him. That’s our national leader ‘s behavior in times of crisis when 101 people died and many are still homeless and others hopeless. This is in stark contrast from the SK heads.

I fully agree with ex DOH @Dok_Pau ; the virus is airborne and face masks are effective in reducing viral transmission. We are at the cellar in booster rate among SEA countries. 👇
The gov t should be careful in aggressively pushing tourism measures at the expense of the people.
Ex-DOH chief Ubial: If people come together and eat, that's the time there would be a surge in positivity rate. Removing masks, sitting close together and talking or eating would spread the virus.
Ex-DOH chief Ubial: There's the evidence that mask-wearing is still effective. It's not bothering anyone. It's not causing any additional discomfort to the public, so why lift it?
Ex-DOH chief Ubial: You have to have 80% or more vaccine coverage of primary doses and 50% of booster doses... Look at the reported cases. It's still very high.
Ex-DOH chief Ubial: The threat of new variants XBB and XBC of the Omicron were recently announced. And our positivity rate right now is very high at 13-15%. I don't think it's safe yet to make mask wearing optional.
Ex-DOH chief Paulyn Ubial on voluntary mask wearing indoors: It's still premature because of certain conditions existing as of now. Our booster doses are still very low at 25% | LIVE https://t.co/WXAkQ8yunJ
