@omanair Omanair why do you refuse to refund customers? I met your people, so peaceful and welcoming but this impression you are putting up for the world is not real Oman. Refund flights not travelled and compensate your customers for the charges to their credit cards

@omanair I’m sorry Oman air you need to pay your customers their refund. It took seconds to charge my credit card and now well over one month to just get a refund. I have never in my entire life experienced what I have with this airline and I fly at least 10 times a year internationally
