8. All that discomfort and pain that I gave up telling people about and managed by myself at that age. My mum did the best she could and I love her to bits but I know I feel a bit sad every time I think back to it.
4. Then came dance camp in 300L. Intense rehearsals, exhaustion, etc. I ignored the signs and kept saying “I’ll be fine" when asked why I was breathing heavy all day. By midnight, I was struggling to breathe—but still trying to calm everyone else(They were in full panic mode)😅
7. Looking back, it makes me sad—but I understand. My mom was doing her best as a single parent, just trying to survive. Still, I wonder how many people are quietly enduring things they shouldn’t. I’m still unlearning that.
3. I learned my triggers early: cold, smoke, dust, strong smells, stress. During a basketball game in uni, it hit,I went to a corner, opened my chest, stayed still, and breathed until it passed. It always felt like a blackout, After like 20mins, I am up like nothing happened.
For some reason, I want to share this...
1. For most of my childhood, my chest would get really tight. Nothing was done about it—so I adapted. I’d stop, sit still, close my eyes, and just breathe through it. After about 20 minutes, it would pass. That became my normal.
2. I remember one day in secondary school, walking home with a friend during an episode. She kept saying, “When we get home, they’ll take care of you.” I told her not to bother. I already knew what happens-prayer and anointing oil. And I was right.
I went from hating myself as a Designer(still love design but I am too emotional for it) to fighting battles with my logics and tests, only to come up for air and see red everywhere among team members. Now I can run back to my corner and enjoy the red on my screen instead.
While you should go on the 'vibe coding' path(because why not? I wanna be Tony Stark with her Jarvis). It will serve you best to know the fundamentals so from the benindigin to za end of za project you don't ...
Be like all the Tamilore's from that year are all grown now. I have met how many in just one place. So now na Jason's remain. Those ones are still in primary school.
When it hit me that you can copy a whole job description, paste it at the bottom of your CV, minimise it as much as possible, and make the colour white.
The CV goes through any ATS sent from below the sea, and the human eye won't catch it cuz it's white.
