@HMRCcustomers Question stands, if mum was allowed delay according to your rules if your partner dies in that tax year and if I have sent LPA and you have acknowledged it why she is still monthly being sent fine letters that are worrying her endlessly

@HMRCcustomers SHAME ON YOU. My mum is in a care home getting fines for late self assessment. I wrote to you in June/July and sent her LPA and you sent it back saying you would be in touch. Contacted today and apparently you DONT HAVE THE LPA so I need to send it AGAIN!!
