@philipreeve1 It’s really enjoyable and sets the tone for a lot of post apocalyptic fiction. I’ve been discovering a lot of sci fi books thanks to some colleagues who grew up with the genre in the 70’s and 80’s. Gene Wolfe currently tops the list of ‘how had I never heard of him before’
