BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith makes a move like a chess master — files a motion to exclude special pieces of evidence in the 2020 criminal case including Trump's false claim that he is being politically targeted as well as other conspiracy theories.

If successful, this measure will stop Trump from polluting the courtroom with deranged lies...

Additionally, Smith cited the false conspiracy theory that undercover feds were hidden inside the January 6th crowd, working to instigate the violent coup attempt.

MAGA supporters have repeatedly tried to wash away the culpability for their violent actions by blaming the FBI and other federal agencies.

"The Court should not permit the defendant to turn the courtroom into a forum in which he propagates irrelevant disinformation, and should reject his attempt to inject politics into this proceeding," Smith's filing reads.

Smith asked the court to bar Trump from peddling a "theory of selective or vindictive prosecution or to otherwise improperly inject politics into the trial."

The Special Counsel tore into the lie that Trump is being prosecuted to help Democrats—

"In addition to being wrong, these allegations are irrelevant to the jury’s determination of the defendant’s guilt or innocence, would be prejudicial if presented to the jury, and must be excluded," Smith wrote.

On top of that, Smith wants the court to prohibit Trump from telling the jury that other people ""including law enforcement, military forces, unidentified secret agents, and foreign influence" are responsible for the January 6th insurrection.

This is a no-brainer.

The court must grant Jack Smith's request.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's sinister plans for a second presidential term if he wins the White House in 2024 are leaked — and they include a stunning gift to America's enemies around the world.

According to new reporting from Rolling Stone, sources close to Trump have revealed that he is threatening to withdraw the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

NATO, and specifically the U.S.'s central role in it, has been one of the primary reasons why Ukraine has been able to resist Russia's brutal and genocidal invasion. The alliance is stronger than ever.

Trump has long hated the alliance for unclear reasons. He is suggesting that he will pull out if the other member countries refuse to ramp up their military spending — which is utterly nonsensical.

If Trump's problem is that NATO needs more funding to be more effective, withdrawing America from it would obviously have the opposite effect. It's almost as if he hates NATO because Putin hates it...

Sources have told Rolling Stone that Trump is considering an idiotic "NATO on standby" policy and that he wants to do away with its collective defense measure that dictates an attack on one member be treated as an attack on all.

Fundamentally, Donald Trump doesn't understand geopolitics, doesn't understand alliances or strategies, and he can't be allowed anywhere near such decisions.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith's prosecutors brutally trash Donald Trump in a legal filing for insanely comparing himself to George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

It doesn't get much more delusional than this...

According to the prosecutors, Trump tried "to draw a parallel between his fraudulent efforts to overturn the results of an election that he lost and the likes of Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address and George Washington’s Farewell Address."

"These things are not alike," they added bluntly.

The prosecutorial team also dismissed the absurd claim that Trump somehow has "absolute immunity" from criminal prosecution.

Furthermore, they correctly pointed out that Trump is "not above the law" and is in fact "subject to the federal criminal laws."

The prosecutors are, of course, correct. Donald Trump is an insurrectionist and a traitor. Washington and Lincoln were patriotic Americans who believed deeply in our democracy.

Trump tried to destroy it.

BREAKING: Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan launches sinister plan to keep Trump out of prison, threatens to shut down the entire federal government unless Special Counsel Jack Smith’s criminal cases against Trump are immediately defunded.

In his unhinged rant, Jordan threatened that Republicans should only pass a bill to keep the government open if they can defund all “attacks on your political opponent, which is exactly what Joe Biden is doing when he’s funding this Jack Smith operation going after his political opponent.”

This stunning threat is a big mistake for Jordan because it clearly shows every American voter the real intent of their diabolical quest to shut down the federal government — to keep Trump out of prison by destroying the criminal cases against Trump and bringing the wheels of government to a halt.

That’s right. Jordan and his fellow Trump enablers are holding the American people’s government hostage and demanding Trump’s freedom as a ransom.
