What an awful customer experience with @HolidayInn . Mistakenly booked a room for the wrong night after flight was cancelled. They refused to refund me even though I booked a 2nd room for correct night. Spoke to the hotel, literally laughed at me quoting the booking conditions.

Poor service @TurkishAirlines Payment deducted from bank account but no tickets. Have been given 3 different stories/timings about when money will be refunded. Still nothing. Money required to re-book the tickets!
