I really don’t understand why people are not building serious stuff and they are all attracted to gambling type of things
I think because they want it to become super viral super quick and to bring 200k in 4 days…
A small founder story:
A lot of people assume growth problems are solved by adding something.
More features.
More content.
More marketing.
Sometimes the answer is removing friction instead.
Recently, My Friend Enrique acquired https://t.co/qNs9zzCzwD (which is belong to my portfolio) for his app.
What stood out to me wasn't the domain itself.
It was the reason behind the decision.
The product was already working.
But the brand deserved a name that was easier to find, easier to remember, and easier to share.
No new features were added.
No redesign was needed.
Just less friction between the product and the people discovering it.
It's a reminder that not every growth lever lives inside the product.
Sometimes the biggest improvements happen around it.
What's a small change you've made outside the product that ended up having a bigger impact than expected?

Sometimes growth doesn't need another feature.
Sometimes it needs a better front door.
A memorable domain can remove friction before someone even tries the product.
That’s why I love stories like this.
What’s the one “small” change that made your product feel 10x easier to discover? 👀 #Foundation

Everyone is ready to clone whatever gets attention.
But I think that’s actually bad for business.
Consumers don’t care that you vibe-coded it in 2 days. They care whether the finished product is actually good.
But I think Rob will come with Very good product 🫡 stay tune

One of the startup lessons I learned late:
People don't experience your product first.
They experience the name first.
For a long time, I treated domains like infrastructure. Something to figure out later.
Then I noticed that the strongest brands often did the opposite.
They invested in being memorable before they needed to be.
A recent example:
Lovable started on https://t.co/16kjx9v8nz.
Today, the company uses https://t.co/zlzih5P4HK.
Not because the product changed.
Because the brand grew into a category leader, and the .com became part of the positioning.
The product creates value.
The name helps people remember where that value came from.
That's why I keep collecting brandable .coms that I can actually imagine becoming real companies.
A few currently available:

If one of these fits what you're building, tell me which one.
I'll do my best to make the price work for founders who are actually shipping. 👀

This could be one alternative:
$500 can buy something that compounds: a brandable domain you can actually build on.

Most founders treat the domain like an address.
That’s why the brand feels forgettable before the product even ships.
People judge the name first.
A .com isn’t decoration.
It’s positioning.

Hot take: https://t.co/VLf9XCoPwy is more “real company” than most .ai names I see this month. 👀
Disagree? Say why. Or name the product you’d park there.
