Russia needs trade partners and can’t afford losing Iranian control over oil to America. Russia and China have been helping Iran in different ways and will continue doing so to maintain control and to pressure Europe into reopening trade with russia.

Iran will emerge with Chinese tech, control of Hormuz, and new infrastructure built by China. The US spent billions to turn a ”threat” into a much bigger ”threat” and let Europe take the long term consequences. Don’t be surprised when the uranium suddenly becomes less important.

China will likely offer the Iranians financial reconstruction support after this war with no loans or interest rates attached, just a friendlier oil price. Iran will likely take this over any American offer, essentially leaving USA with nothing to gain and a total mission fail.

Israel is ”targeting” terrorists in a cooperating Lebanese nation. Why not send in a military task force? It would kill far less innocent people, destroy far less buildings and only cost you a few Israeli lives. Surely 1 Israeli is not worth more than dozens of Lebanese?
