We’re seeing him grow into a top pairing defenseman and at age 25, he still has room to grow. He has a lot of potential.

The 1st round pick turned into Cole Reschny, one of the Flames most exciting prospects.

2 years later and that trade is looking fantastic.

For those concerned with the Ras return, I want to bring up the Markstrom trade. Similar situation where the player forced the team’s hand
