π― Self-Coaching Guide ~ SAVERS Routine to Set up and Close your Day
1. SPIRITUAL PRACTICES β be guided by your beliefs. E.g. mindfulness; prayer; meditation; counting your blessings (gratitude list); listening to a spiritual podcast like Joel Osteen or reading a spiritual book.
2. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS β daily speak positive messages to yourself to uplift you and counter any negative thoughts or self-limiting beliefs. Set positive intentions into your day.
3. VISUALISE YOUR DAY β to direct your time, energy, and resources, set priorities, and plan your day. E.g. 1-3-5 Daily Tasks Tool = 1 Big task, 3 Medium tasks, and 5 small tasks. Think often about your vision and aspirations to stay motivated.
4. EXERCISE β have a plan and daily exercise routine. Include activities such as cardio; HIIT; yoga; running; strength training; dancing; walking 10,000 steps. It helps you stay healthy, manage stress, boost energy levels, and uplift your mood.
5. READ β learn daily to equip yourself and strengthen your intellectual growth. Read a few pages or an article a day. Use the insights to improve yourself.
6. SCRIPT (WRITE) β journal daily. Note lessons to learn and capture ideas, which is key for personal knowledge management. Also, write to download thoughts to support your mental health, as well as monitor and manage emotional triggers.
