@PHABOOcaulfield @vueling A mí al final me reembolsaron. He perdido la cuenta de las veces que los contacté y que me dijeran que lo miran, que se ocupan, si es que reaccionaban.

Una pesadilla, 10 meses.
No me puedo creer que no sea malintencionado.Habiendo alternativa, intentaré evitar Vueling.

But good news:
Got the refund for one flight today! Yay! But: it is not right that it took 10 months and contacting you through several outlets again and again, until you manage to refund a flight which YOU rescheduled.

Hoi @bazlCH. Ich warte seit Monaten auf Rückerstattungen von @vueling für Flüge, welche die Airline verschoben und deshalb Rückerstattung angeboten hat. Nach unzähligen Kontaktnahmen passiert nichts. Habt ihr die auf dem Radar?

@PHABOOcaulfield @vueling La misma historia aquí, esperando desde Septiembre 2021 y Enero 2022 a dos reembolsos por vuelos que ellos anularon o cambiaron de horario. Los contacté 100 veces.

@CazzaWhitlock @vueling Did it arrive? I am also waiting for refunds from September 2021 and January 2022 for flights they have changed and offered reimbursement. Contacted like 100 times. For NOTHING.

@vueling rescheduled 3 flights I had booked, two already in last summer. I chose to get refunds. NO REFUND despite numerous calls and e-mails. Get your act together, Vueling!
